Don’t wanna sound mean, but the ATS or aka (SE) they are not good in the TAM role. Unless it’s someone who was more technical exp and has experience engaged with customers directly.
MSFT calls them ATS too, guess we’re following their lead
The TAM model is going away when the new support model rolls out. ATS is taking over the role

I think we’re good for now until next round of AOPs by October and Nov. it’s anyones guess how Tommy boy plans to navigate.
I got $20 says the TAMs are next up.
Nallapan said he's pretty much done with outsourcing and layoffs. Not sure I trust him but there you go. Otherwise, wait until October November time.
