Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Ok lets try this again all facts and no violations regarding John Gibbons (C-Suite and in public domain)

  • John Gibbons is a poor leader as evidenced by the fact that 3 loved leaders all quit John in last week (they did not quit Fiserv, in that none have jobs). I will not name their names but will show initials as is permitted (GW, DC and UN).
  • Frank Bisignano (again C-Suite), is an enabler if he continues to let John lead poorly and does nothing
  • Finally as a women we do not like how John is condescending to females.

ALL OF THIS IS FACTUAL AND DOES NOT VIOLATE YOUR SITE POLICIES SO DO NOT TAKE THIS DOWN!

GW was a bully to employees and clients hated him. Won’t be missed.

I think FIG has the chance to really dominate the market, but I agree poor leadership and accountability (along with a muddy vision of the future) are causing huge issues. Zero process or governance have leaders just running around dealing with whatever is the latest hot priority and actual improvement initiatives fall by the wayside.

JG is condescending to everyone, not just women. That business was a problem way before he stepped into the chair. He’s fighting a losing battle. This whole group of kings and queens at the top takes no accountability for owning their strategy - what strategy? Oh wait - here’s a strategy… Let’s just misdirect from ourselves by calling the people doing the work incompetent and lacking accountability or telling them they don’t work long enough or hard enough. Fig is in need of major revamp. FIG is suffering. Not because of its employees- because of years of mismanagement leading to declining client satisfaction that can’t be fixed fast enough or with the resources being given. Cant keep firing people to make numbers and wonder why clients are not served well. JG could be the greatest that ever walked the earth and still not fix this. That’s why the good ones are leaving. They know the old - just work harder routine - isn’t going to fix that business or the company and they are tired of the abuse.

I believe that Frank wants that entire division under John to fail.

House of cards that is just barely hanging on. If you have Fiserv stock, consider looking into the rationale behind the leadership team and if you really believe this s show can hold on. It's a ponzi scheme whose time has come.

You think Frank is enabling John, but it's more likely John is just carrying out Franks marching orders. Doesn't make him any less culpable though.
