The FAA has always given Boeing a measure of respect and trust based on their history of aircraft manufacturing for so many years.

Boeing had no respect for their experienced people. Boeing tried to get as many as they could to take a voluntary layoff and retire and hired people with no experience to replace them.

You see the result of manufacturing when the majority of your workforce has no experience were very little. But Boeing put mire importance on diversity than hiring skilled experienced people.

The quality issues at Boeing are a perfect example of what happens when you hire the lease skilled people for the lowest cost and layoff or push out the door your most experienced people.

Unless You had union protection at Boeing. The older you were the more likely you were to get laid off.

None of these quality issues. Should surprise many people who worked at Boeing and seen the direction the company was going.

They have destroyed the safety reputation of the company to save money and for diversity.
