@3jaw+1rWviy1s Location is irrelevant. But you don't want to be a SWE at Dell. Your early career will be far benefited almost anywhere else. Our software capabilities are 20 years old.

The executives and senior VP and VPs have been running their spreadsheets with the assistance of their AI algorithms to generate the list of senior older on age male employees to ad to the WFR lists.
