Working here is like working at Theranos, under Elizabeth Holmes. Do your job without adequate rules, access, and tools. We are busy working, the goal posts change constantly and teammates are kept in the dark about rule changes. Feels liken a select few know what’s really going on. The rest are told keep going/working…. We’re well positioned for the future. Only after 18 rounds of layoffs, BOF, STAR, selling insurance, 401K and momentum changes, changing the pension formula, a terrible efficiency ratio…. the list goes on. A well positioned company changing its strategy every year is not well positioned. Oh and let’s not forget little to no raises or promotions no matter how hard you work.

Insurance doesn’t get a pension anymore. RIP.
As long as you started before 12.31.23 there was no change to the pension formula.
What changes were made to pension formula? Anything substantive?
