I've got 3 jobs now, but only one paycheck because I'm soooo valuable. Too valuable to promote but they can still stack work on me like a rented mule.
All the while those execs are getting bonuses, favoring their friends (that they hired) and buying shiny new toys.

NCR going down the cr-pper because or Li--y friend and his co-conspirators ran off with all the money.
Very unethical management and awful review process, get used to no raise each year, or 1% and consider yourself lucky. Expect to be lied to and treated like dirt.
SILENCING DISSENTERS is a we-pon to prevent workers from uniting

I wait for a good offer to leave this sh-t. It is hard to keep pretending.
Being so valuable means nothing to this company, if your boss doesn’t like you or considers you a threat, your boss always looks out for themselves and will surround themselves with supporters. Doing a great job does not out weigh kissing the bosses a-s.
Nobody is forcing you to be at NCR. Just quit if you're so miserable and feel undervalued.
If you sense any indications of being let go, you’re probably right. Your choice is stay and hope for the best, or move on, or put another way, do nothing or do something. I knew 2-3 years my job was going to be eliminated, I did nothing only because I was in a position to retire anyway, I was kinda shocked when it happen, but in reality it was the best exit ever, like getting a massive bonus and unemployment to head into retirement, timing was very good.
If you have any thoughts it will get better before it gets worse then think again. My suggestion s to get your resume out there and LEAVE. When they can hire 6 Serbs or 6 indians to replace you at the same rate, you're not as valuable as you think, you're just there for the time being.
