This is going to the shortest and saddest "Fortune 10" CISO tenure on record.
It’s just getting better. Read Healthcare uncovered. Timeline of the whole Change fiasco and how the judge assisted them, the new ransom demands . Keep laying people off.
Take an IT class- send your recommendation to the C levels those decision makers. IT and EIS considered “cost center” hence budget cuts/constant RIFs/offshoring.
Time to market outweigh the due diligence of technology. Shareholders ROI outweigh PT care. Pure greed!
Look where the $ goes now?
that is how ransomware groups work. Double and triple extortion. Take an IT security class or take up reading books. Education is not as hard as you think it is.
Not surprised. Spiral out of control. The $22M could had better invested in strengthening the security infrastructure and retained the right talents. Instead, RIFed after each acquisitions. Then offshored IT helpdesk, good luck with beefing up the security authentication. Real $ saving - penny smart pound foolish. Too late for the ostrich gets it’s head out of the sand.
How many copies they have on the 4TB CIS data? 🤔🫢
