Buzzword generator Tilak will do to CVS what he and his team enabled to happen at Enron.
we have been allowing indian fraud to pick CVS and Aetna's bones clean for years. now that tilak is at the head, it will get way worse and possibly even destroy the company. tickets for very simple requests take 6-8 months and their solution is always to create another offshored kingdom to fix it for a few million. blind executives

That also began under the Trump administration when Trump made it hard to get and renew h1b visas, having contractors then was a risk as many had to return, and during the pandemic there was an outright ban on new h1b visas. Biden undid any limits on h1b workers from india and china, so its game on again for them.
CVS and others may be rushing the outsourcing through in case there is another administration change next election.

Omnicare said in our layoff alert a couple months back, the goal was by October to get every non-customer facing position outsourced. I'm guessing CVS is urging all units to try the same tactic.
