Many redundancies world-wide, and the sales teams are badly affected. Until 12 months ago this was a great place to work, but it's become increasingly toxic. The culture is terrible, bad management, completely unachievable targets. They've let go many top performers so it will only get worse from here.
Everyone knows that the extreme cost cutting is just so they can take it public at everyone else's expense and the management's enrichment.
How do you demotivate your sales teams? Make club attainment 110%. Fire many top sales people. Schedule mandatory all-hands meetings at 7.30pm. Have no marketing department and spend nothing on it anyway. Give all the work, and quota, of those gone to the poor unfortunates left. Make a mandatory education course about having a senior manager attend your customer sales call to assess your performance. Do not trust one word management says. Do not work for this company.

Not sure if the same elsewhere. But little teams of favourites are starting to appear. Obnoxious kunts as they know they have the backing of above management
It’s a dumpster fire with horrible, dogshit leadership.
Yeah agree it’s a bu-----d up place. Can’t see it growing tbh
Feel bad for the legacy employees getting sc--wed. Not the same company as it was…..very sad.
