After I was fired from resideo for no reason I went deep…. I was made to believe by my director that I didn’t do everything he asked and my number came up . I was told after I left that my director instead of taking responsibility for stupid decisions that I was offered as a sacrificial lamb. Somehow resideo won’t get better if this kind of problems doesn’t get fixed. I don’t think it ever will, somehow those directors escape every « purge »

Not every director. Those directors that pushback on ridiculous and illogical budget cuts become the sacrificial lambs.

Resideo has so many tumors its like a monster from some sick horror movie.
Be careful never say something to your director or you’ll be placed on the list. Don’t just drink, sing the koolaid.
As I'm interviewing elsewhere, just how messed up Resideo is becomes clearer and clearer.
Resideo is a scary place. Either you do the white lines, cheat on everyone and do weird stuff and then try to get more money. Meanwhile no real new product comes out. It’s literally a shithole no matter the location.
