Layoffs are non-stop since the arrival of Christa Quarles. The restructures are suppose to support financial goals except after some of the layoffs, promotions were given throughout the company. Morale is low
Everyone is aware that the OpenTable people Christa hired are here to stay though they did nothing to make the products and company what it is today.
Christa Quarles is not qualified for the job of a Tech CEO. All of her experience is riding the coattails of technologist who are the actual innovators. KKR should replace her with a CEO with solid experience of turning a company around rather than running it into the ground.
