One of the absolute cheapest companies I have worked for.
The merit increases are PATHETIC for the way people are struggling financially right now. Yet tone deaf Ed and Lauren with their lined pockets insist on shoving town halls down our throats boasting the record breaking success of the company.
They preach they care...they do not give AF as long as they get THEIR millions.

I used to think Lauren was different - not so sure based on what I've heard lately. And they let go of good people all the time solely for cost savings, it's a shame.
I worked FT for D!ck's as Lodge Lead from early 96 - late 02.
I bailed when they cooked the books to go public and cut FT to 30 hours a week.
I was getting 45 - 50.
Back then they had a tiered annual, basically, here's a little - we don't really want you to stay, here's a bit more - it's okay if you stay, and here's a good increase - we really Want you to stay.
