Welcome to the new kyndyl setup. There are no teams but are pods. This is agile implementation. It happened already on French market. There were mass layoffs through benches so not official. I see now it's happening to you on dach. I feel sorry to you. On french a lot of people lost job last year and year before. We were first to go.
Is Kyndryl Austria also affected by this?
It's only a matter of time. Their goal will be to drastically reduce their 90,000 headcount. It would be a safe assumption, to expect twenty percent reduction. Upper management have openly started talking about the huge cost of retaining the IBM legacy workforce.
In Spain, the company kyndryl is starting to remove people from its projects with the dirty aim of being able to fire them without severance pay.
