Seven hundred or so laid off on 4/4. With what seems nothing else coming down the pipe for work. Mostly shop or department heads, managers and those close to retirement left to oversee clean up and pack up, with no guarantee of employment past that. Fortunate to walk out with our belongings, say good bye to our coworkers, and actually hear what people though about upper management. Really sad day for everyone.
I'm no longer with the company, but I still worry about my old coworkers.
