In the grand scheme of things, it truly doesn't matter if cuts are coming this week or this month or not. What matters is that you should be fully prepared to handle it if and when it happens. That's the only way you can successfully function in today's profit-above-all environment (which is not exclusive to Dell).

This is great advice. Look at what is happening in tech. The FCC is having to implement a new AI policy because so many companies are lying about their AI capabilities.
Amazon was forced to abandon their AI grocery stores after a leak confirmed the "autonomous stores" in the United states were running on "AI" being managed by a 1000 low paid workers in India staring a live cameras.
Once the bubble pops (and it's coming) you must be prepared for the worst.
