CBRE layoffs coming for those who work on Amazon accounts - so if you work placing Amazon facility workers, prepare to be laid off soon. Amazon is downsizing majorly and CBRE is well aware of this.

Many in IT were just laid off, many are contractors with no severance, no notice.
I was recently offered a role at CBRE and during my interview process a HR Lead told me they had just gotten off a call where they were informed layoffs are coming for certain sectors. This is now delaying my formal offer.

dang...i heard this too...i'm worried now. of course my manager said there's no talks about this but i know they would never be truthful or forthcoming :(
