Obviously lots of restructuring and layoffs are still coming but what is the vision or future for this company

I think their idea of "transparency" is answering every question like a Politician... giving an answer without really giving an answer.
That was pretty obvious last year, they just didn't have the courage to own it. In the meantime, wasted investment in broken systems, unqualified tech leaders, and antiquated processes cost what's left of the company time that you didn't have. Send a thank you note to Dr Evil and his mini-me for that one.
According to the CEO, the future of Medical Solutions is AI and we all have to work ourselves to death in hopes of keeping a job just for them to replace us with bots. Hooray!

Wholeheartedly agree on the controller comment! I'm a current employee and absolutely ashamed to work under her leadership. What an example a poor hire. If she's the future of this accounting department you'd better keep your resume up to date and keep one foot out the door!
I hope they get bought out and all the accounting leadership gets laid off!! Such a toxic culture. They thought hiring a new controller would help lead this company public. Couldn’t be farther from the truth. Controller can barely do her job and doesn’t understand the processes. I’ve never met such a bigger mo--n with a chip on their shoulder because of the title. It’s more like answering to a drill instructor.
I think we will be sold. Has anybody noticed the new CEO and CFO came from Ranstad? Teams are stressed out and scared. I don’t know what to think except to be prepared.
