What happens to your Stock Grants when you leave ?
Is there any one who got stock grant ? any "D" or "MD's" ?

When you leave Jane gets all of your stocks, bonuses, pencils, etc
I am RIF. how much typical FICA will be. any idea ?
Its complicated. If you are RIF, they continue to vest on the normal schedule, but you may have to pay FICA on the entire amount of the award immediately. If you leave on your own, it depends on if you meet the rule of 60 and where you are going. If you dont, you forfeit them

Typically you forfeit anything invested if you leave/resign. I’m a C16
