Second- so basically we aren’t getting a merit or a minis gain this year she laid the ground work for that and it’s pretty clear that is the direction things are going
Third- the amount of punching of arms and touching between the two of them was extremely odd and uncomfortable. Harassment training 101 people!

I have never seen an executive speak like she does at any company I’ve worked for. Constantly blaming her workforce for the company performance. She’s a terrible leader.
