Yeah, I'm over on the auths side. It's SO SLOW. I've never seen our queue so empty! Where did all our work go?? AI or overseas?

Layoffs at naviHealth are unlikely, but you will see a shifting of US based folks from the Tech group. They will likely be moved to other pillars (like Optum at Home). Expect a massive US-India rebalancing over the coming 3-9 months there. It won't be voluntary though.

The folks in the US taking care of patients and auths, those are far more at risk.

I would be very surprised if there's not layoffs coming down the pike. The work has just...disappeared since Optum rebrand.
