Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Final check question

Does CVS payout unused floating holidays, or just the myTime? Asking for voluntary resignation, not layoff.

Also, most companies don't allow use of floating holidays once you give notice. So if you're resigning, schedule your floating days before you give notice. I think some on our layoff teams were still able to schedule floating holidays, but that also came before the "official" termination date we were given.

Floating holidays are not paid out upon termination unless state/local laws require it. It would be programmed to pay out any time due through payroll if your state requires the time to be paid out.
