Casa Networks just filed for bankruptcy and agreed to sell their cable business for only $20 million! Commscope is actively trying to sell their ANS business (which is mostly cable). Even if there is a buyer the price cannot be more than tens of millions of $. That is a pittance compared to multi billion $ debt that will be due in a few months.
Commscope is done. Stick a fork in it.

You are right. Maybe Chuck will buy Casa Networks with his lovely CommScope bonus!
