I mean, seriously. I've seen no email updates on the company, no office hours, no anything. Does he exist? In all my other jobs the CEO always gave updates on company direction and strategy, but here I feel like the company is running on autopilot.

Martin retired from IBM in April 2020 and the lawsuit was filed in January 2023

He slipped out the backdoor from us at IBM when there were rumours of indictments. Bet none of you ever see him in that Kyndryl "red", because its just a little closer to orange.
I'm not talking about occasional conference calls, I mean, if you work at Kyndryl you could forget he exists.
