Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Hypothetically, if all American uhg employees walked off the job,

What would the outcome be?

Reality check - has not stopped outsourcing/offshoring in the last 10+ years. Execs never got held accountable for bad decisions. If they are “forced” to resign they will land elsewhere. Take a look at AW where he came from and who he continued to bring his own kind into this org.
The middle management (yes men/women) now called service manager instead of director etc. They now become the “owner” of offshore deliverables or W$pr$ “guard d$g”

Not sure, but I'd guess US workers are keeping them afloat. And how are they repaid? Constant threat of layoffs, no transparency, no input into processes (that's actually implemented), meager bonuses/raises, surveillance up the @ss, need I go on?!

The blame will go squarely on those walk off. The execs never take accountability/ownership being the root cause.

The execs get golden parachutes into their beach/lake front properties.

Victims- PT, consumers never the execs or boards .. then government bail out- tax payers pay… repeat ..
