The bigger hit was the loss of an experienced work force.
Yes, the greed and corruption is disgusting and revolting. But I am more concerned about the number of lives lost and the lives still at risk given how we know Boeing designed and manufactured their airplanes on the cheap during the last 20 years.
Now compare the amount of money. Boeing has lost to the amount of money. Boeing has paid their CEOs over the last few years.
The government should nationalize Boeing the way Europe nationalized Airbus and run it for the benefit of the employees instead of the benefit of the overpaid executives.
Some say Boeing is too big to fail. I say Boeing has become too big monopoly that doesn’t care about anything but executive wealth generation. Shut it down.
