Senior Client Operations Specialist, was part of the layoffs April 2nd, I had a feeling since January when I was included in a manager's only email by mistake on" Client Operations Transitions" discussions. When I asked my boss about it she was caught off guard and made up some BS. The pay was a joke and never paid for commissions on my sales and the severance was insulting.They didn't even pay me a for 3 days left in the pay period. My boss was like thank you for contributions and I'll notify your team, lIke I'm thinking, I don't care about that. No emphenty what so ever. RUN
Client Operations Specialist Sr. Here. Laid off April 2nd. We trained employees in the Philippines to do our roles now they’re sending them over there where they are paid a fraction of what we got. Yes, I received severance but what a slap in the face after 7 years. Really showing that Hunger, Heart, and Harmony. What a crock that place is.

I was laid off in January2024. They are shutting down the Lewis Center Facility in September. I was with Insight over 5 years. Still have not found work. Good luck to those it is difficult.
