Verbiage on the new FRA rule looks like sh-t..... theyre allowing exceptions to allow 1 man crews????? Can't tell me the R.R.s ain't going to make smaller trains or build 2man crew only trains such as ones having only hazmat, and the rest being "safe" trains. Small trains and 1 man crews here we come along with layoffs.

Yes they may not allow waivers without community and employee opinions on it but.... can't tell me they'll listen to "disgruntled" employees and haven't ever paid a town to say yes to something before...
