HR and cell leaders are training their replacements. Next ops leaders will be training their replacements. Then the floor will take a 35% cut in work force after some real bean counter come in and see the new unskilled workforce the old GE hired. This will start taking place now and wrap up after the work load projections get thinned out to other non union shops. 3rd quarter 2025 work the the OT you can.
