When I first started at Citrix, I was really looking forward to growing my skills and soaking up knowledge. It's one of the biggest reasons I signed up. I realized quickly that training opportunities are few and far between, and mentoring? It doesn't exist.
I've been left to fend for myself, which means spending extra hours trying to figure things out. No extra pay, of course. I'm constantly getting handed tasks that I'm not equipped for, and nobody bothers to tell me what I'm supposed to do. It's been less than a year, and already I'm feeling disheartened and worn out by this whole mess.
