Discussions on a workers committee in waters wexford have begun.as a result,hopefully we will be able to address workers concerns in a more organised manner in the future months.two people from each of the larger departments have been approached to sit on the committee.a positive feedback has been received in general.smaller departments may be invited going forward.

Why be so exclusive ? Power in numbers and all that. This will fail 100% if everyone doesn't pull together. Starting with including every department regardless of size or if its hourly or salaried employees.

Does any of the lower-level employees know about this? If something like this happened, employees would be informed via corporate e-mail. Has anyone received this message, will we receive meeting reports?
