Anybody get any info on the new dr-g testing policy? Many states are removing mari--ana from random panels for safety sensitive employees? However testing for mari--ana will still happen after an accident or from reasonable suspicion? To go along with this, the PowerPoint slides say or-l fluid will be utilized to test under more circumstances than previous. So if I get an accident are they going to swab me or make me p-e in a cup to test for mari--ana? Anybody get any good info from HR? HR here not giving us anything

If you live in a state with medical mari--ana, have a prescription, and do not work in a safety sensitive position, mari--ana is allowed. Just like all other prescription medications, if it shows up on your dr-g test, they will ask for your prescription information and then you’re good.
If you live in a non-medicinal state, it gets a bit fuzzier and kind of depends on how well-liked you are.
Pretty sure ELT has been smoking it. Sure would explain the last few years.
Three states are now not testing for pre employment hiring or randomly as they have state laws that changed. Cause or post accident id a diff story but thatll be changed soon as the laws change
No, you're not missing anything. We're not "allowed" to smoke, and they haven't made it widely known, but they'll only test for mari--ana for cause now, like if you get in an accident or whatever. Not sure if it's every location or not...
Hold on. I read the new policy, I didn't see any indication that we could smoke, did I miss something?

This is what happens when you hire an HR executive from a company that sells tractors.
