I actually have an amazing HR person who is/was always very responsive. Emailed her on Saturday and got her response at 8:45am this morning.
Not a lot of info but at least some clarification for those who got laid of in US. (I'm located in NY HQ 388):
- I got a WARN email notice at 11:40pm on Friday, saying that I'll be terminated as of 6/29/24.
- Notice working period starts today 4/1 until 4/14
- On 4/15 transition to a non-working notice period.
- Separation agreement will be delivered as soon as administratively possible after the start of the non-working notice. It will be delivered to a personal email via DocuSign so it's very important to make sure that all personal info, including email, address, phone number is updated in Workday.
- During the notice period, pay and benefits continue as usual.
- Access to the Citi systems stays, but I won't be able to print, transfer data on USB, or send emails outside of Citi.
Still no clarity on the separation package itself but at least some clarity on the timeline although it's so wrong to keep us on the toes for so long.
Hope it helps!
