Quiet sad really.having to sit at a desk for a fixed number of years before being allowed cash in a few shares which could become worthless at any time.

The point is mr director stock options to renumerate you and others in order to keep costs down are not available to workers who have to wait 6 months for a miserly 3% wage increase.while you are motivated to be on board with shareholders wishes management expect workers to be on board with extra work for minimal wages to fulfil those wishes.dont comeback with workers overall package nonsense either.vhi dont pay the rent.
