Layoff with no severance - after 9 years of billing - no project or client means you are laid off. No diff bw FT or contract.

Confirmed with two former Perficient people that Perficient does not pay severance, does not pay for unused vacation time if you are laid off. They give you your final paycheck the same day you are laid off.
body shop in disguise. work is moving offshore and many resources don't have proper training, little to no experience but good rates that cause quality issue making negative clients.
Look at the stock price. What does the market know about Perficient that we don't? Why is the stock down so hard YTD and 1Y? Then there's the body shop behavior, hiring "full time permanent" after contracts are signed and then laying off within days after good resources hit the bench? I heard Perficient wanted to compete with the big guys, but this behavior seems to indicate otherwise. Strikes me as a sinking ship with no cash, pipeline, or vision. You're better off elsewhere.
