They are trying to tell me I have to take my lunch in the breakroom or outdoor break area. They said I can't go to my vehicle. I am not a people person and I don't operate well in a team environment. I work better individually. Nor do I like an associate on my level always in my business 24/7. The person isn't my team lead, so I will not answer to that person.

I totally agree with you. Not according to my coach, she wants everyone together.
You can take your break or lunches in your car. Breaks you are not able to leave the parking lot. Lunches you can come and go as you please.
