You’re a few years late to the party on this one. They love doing this cuz 3.5 offshore staff = 1 onshore staff in terms of cost and benefits. So this will continue to be the normal until the DOJ drops the final ban hammer on the monopoly of what is UHC.
With that, quality declines as there is no buy-in from people whose lives aren't impacted by the US healthcare system. But that's ok cause it also decreases the decision makers ability to leave behind a "redeemed social condition!"
