Yea. Been her a long time. My first boss was Bill M when he ran sales in North East region. We were smaller then. But last 3 days of every quarter. Everyone in leadership was 1 fluent on booked commit and probable and 2. All available regardless of role in service or marketing or product to jump on a close call
Now. It’s like even folks like Julia and her team. Have no clue or ownership to where we are quarter to quarter

To work at SAP you should at least be able to put together a coherent paragraph in whatever language it is that you’re trying to communicate in.

On premise company in the days you are talking about. If you are a SaaS company and that dependent on the “quarter”, you are doing it wrong.
