CEO is doing exactly the job he was hired to do. Citrix/Tibco were bloated, and selling old tech. He's come in to cut the sh-t out of costs, stop investing in R&D, hike up the prices... profit.
He will sail off into the sunset leaving behind the spent husk of the company.
It doesn't sound like the ceo is doing a great job so far.
This is the round of redundancies from early January where the final working day would have been end of March for most.
