I got same for NJ.
Seems like Citi filed WARN at 03/30. Good thing they call it mass layoff. I guess it means they will pay for extra 90 days.
What is the severance clause in the notice for NY ?

If legit it would mean you are being let go in 90 days, but that’s not how Citi does things. Maybe phishing?
I got an email from Citi (personal & work). It doesn't have the official notice but a small note suggesting what they are doing and what the termination date would be.
When did you get this? WARN notices were registered in February 2 ending May2, nothing else registered
