They are not laying off anybody ! The CEO didnt want this job he left for a horrible company don’t take severance and is paying them back lol 😂 he didn’t even take his stock options ! What’s this tell you ! This place is so bad way to many passers of the buck pass calls off to customer service or a customer gets mad to avoid a stack ranking survey ! Discover is done and I will be glad to leave here

Payment review holding everybody’s payments won’t let it post ! Don’t know if they know but capitol one’s payments post immediately! Discover is selling out its payment processing to capitol one so instead of 129 k calls a day we can take more like over 1 million a week and make no extra money this company also pays very poorly and the Ever quitting CEO makes millions And doesn’t want to be here horrible company it really is and it’s so sad. It’s was the best of the best now it’s just a shell of nothing.
