HR definitely writes the only good reviews of Waters on Glassdoor. They’re constantly monitoring reviews which only means they’re getting bad ones. I wrote a bad review on Glassdoor although it was honest and in line with every other review. Right after that anonymous review, the company made my life a living he-l and let me go. My manager was the most toxic person as was the HR rep. They literally bullied me out of the company after I had just received an exceeding performance review. They gave me a severance package but didn’t allow me to collect unemployment at the same time.
Where did you find this? Glassdoor clearly shows that only 57% approve of CEO as of today.
