Can someone provide insight on what’s coming next? Do we know there will be an additional 15,000 employees laid off? Is the worst of it over?

5000k again in q3/q4 happening this year.
My understanding is that phase 1 is complete, which was 5,000. By 2026 an additional 5,000 will be reduced due to divestitures and an additional 10,000 headcount through other means.
