Must be why stock price keeps dropping. Nepotism and cost cutting while ignoring quality.

I don’t understand how some employees can just go on unlimited PTO or LOA for over a year, just to keep their utilisation. They are so good at playing the numbers and yet do not contribute at all.

Only those privileged ones assigned with QAD roles and lots of automatic WBS will survive.

I ran away last week before the walls came crashing down. Best decision I’ve made ever.

A sad Song by any objective measure. The worker bees continue to reap what the corrupt, incompetent "leadership" has sewn.

Song Managing Director job spec: No hands-on skills, no strategic value add, can't sell or deliver their way out of a wet paper bag, memorizes buzzwords, champions bad resources to cultivate political power since the bad resources then owe the MD, great at drawing up org charts every other week with their name at the top, first to pounce on a client concern and blow it out of proportion although they couldn't understand it if their life depended on it (and would prefer not to), first ones to point fingers and start witch hunts for ethereal "problems" that they've conjured up and last ones to be part of the solution, frequently self-congratulatory about their firefighting skills after they fabricate a firedrill, most likely to take long stretches of FTO (that a worker bee could never imagine taking) and crow about their big adventures, first to take all the credit for successful delivery when they're had nothing whatsoever to do with it, first to stick their ignorant noses into the technical sales cycle to the client's detriment. Did I miss anything? Eventually Song will be staffed only by North American MDs getting paid exorbitant comp packages to watch offshore workers deliver. Same old Song.

It is so silly, how none of these comments make any sense. It is like a child is writing s statement out of fun... If you do not have any real information to share, find another game to play. You do understand that there are many benchers right now, super worried for the future? And you are making jokes.

it’s now down to asking for WBS and sales credit. And that essentially boils down to certain cliques and enclaves or larger groups having access to WBS and being tagged optimally.
