Yes we do need to make money but not at all cost. Accountants in front line positions will always fail. They should me a good step or two behind the high rankers giving advise only. The real thinkers then make the prominent decisions. The real thinkers should be engineers. Sorry but most of the upper level elite should retire and run only their own families to the ground.
