I ve been auto assigned some training on my learning but there is no link in the email. I ve heard several other people got the same, any idea what that is?

Sounds ominous. Maybe you are over 50 or at the higher end of your paygrade. If you are based in Cork, just host meetings with juicy technical aspirations to be shared. Then discuss nothing of any relevance at the meeting. Your managers will sing your praises as they have no technical skills or experience. As queues are quiet now, these pointless tasks & courses are important since Cork support teams are entirely based on appearance.
Ask your manager.
You should be more worried if you didn't receive the email.
This is a technical course, just search SABA you will find 4 of them.

As others have stated, this was in error. The number of people this email went to is north of 100k, to give you an idea. Don't sweat it.

Not good now you will have assigned checkpoints to show progress you are correcting whatever BS reason they say you whatever it is you aren’t doing right.
First step to getting ready for next WFR .Co-worker had this happen to him worked like crazy meeting all required improvements and meetings with manager, off the PIP. Then short time later let go.
Very intelligent, knowledgeable of job manager didn’t like him and targeted him.
