9 AM laid off, by 9:15 , his status was presence unknown, immediately access cut off.
Likely tech-issue. Many people that were laid off are permitted to work until around April 15th. If their profile is not available in global directory, they no longer have access on the network.
Can be temporally system off. Check back tomorrow. If mailbox is full. Is out
