Did they explain the exit package aka severance to you? My layoff was a three minute zoom meeting. No paperwork, expectations or payout expectations or anything else.
Just said H.R. would contact me. No set timetable or anything

Went through this earlier this year and was astounded by how poorly it was handled. Reach out to HR yourself, don’t wait for them. And be persistent: try multiple people in your BU, write them daily, etc. The hard truth is you are not a priority.
I connected with HR same day (Monday). It probably varies by business and HR rep. No info on the actual package, though.

Same here in Florida. The most chaotic and disorganized layoff meeting. They still want us to work BAU for 2 weeks though for a peaceful transition. I say ‘treat us the way you want to be treated’.

I'm in NYC 388 office. My 3 minutes reading from script conversation with the MD was on Monday, still crickets from HR.
