I feel bad about the individuals I have worked with in Warsaw. So many talented individuals with motivation, dedication and loyalty. All levels effected.
50% less than US and even more than SG is a good deal
for high quality, high spec
Post ID: @pgr+1rKyeL5d: First of all, 480 out of 7000 is less than 10%. Peanuts. Second, Warsaw is not cheap anymore - salaries across AVP-D levels are approx. 50% of the EMEA/NA salaries. Hence why many in Warsaw will be replaced by AI (AML, KYC, etc.).
How many have been laid off so far? Poland is a much cheaper cost center, I'm surprised to see it chopped so hard.
Sorry to hear. Everyone that I've worked with in the past out of Warsaw has been very productive and collaborative, while much cheaper than NAM teams.
