RIF - I would be soooo happy if so. I live in an area with tons of open positions that I'd qualify for. Only reason I'm staying for the time being is I WFH 100% and my manager is one of the few good ones.

Would love getting 4-5 months severance and finding a job in 2-3 months (or less).

If only this company would recognize the folks that bring multiple ideas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. I came up with several ideas that will save the bank FAR more money than my actual salary. Still got a 2% merit increase. Actually it was 0% when taking into account the 401k matching decrease.
