Does anyone know what the Annual Incentive Plan for Executives is this year?

When do we find out the amount?
Depends on your position. Most CXM , MBA, OOM, SMM , VM get 6% of their annual pay ( from there it is based on how the company performed) for this year we will be paid out 60% of that amount. Store Managers and Directors are on a different scale.
